The Fed's Plan to Buy Our Debt
In six months, we have spent more money than we had to the tune of $1.1 trillion. The reality is that nobody in the world wants our debt anymore. Investors are maybe on a short term basis, we'll invest, but there's not trillions of dollars of demand every year for new debt. This is part of the entire plan to make sure that they come out smelling like a rose and you own nothing.
