The United States Is Not Just a Blown Star State
The global industrial build out that we have seen over the last 75 years is breaking down, leaving it to the places that are more functional geographically and demographically to do really well. That is something that requires policy shifts, not at the global or even the national level, but mostly at the local. I would say overall, the American South probably has the best set of policy for attracting some of this money.
