Is He Going Against the Unions in This Case?

The president is willing to pat the back of unions that work at General Motors and Ford. He's telling Congress you do it because I guess he doesn't want his fingers on this move. But look, in terms of moving people, especially when 50 million Americans going to travel for the holidays, I think that might be an issue.
