The lands are too far from each other. The scholars mention by consensus, like in the Abdul Bar and Nawi, they transmitted the consensus that there's no following. Are we all together? There's no difference of opinion on that. So some insights in the UAE, we all have to follow because we're in the same country. In this situation, what do we do? This is the one that has the biggest back and forth amongst the scholars. That there is no forcing the people to follow each other. Every country follows their own.
