For pregnant moms that are listening today, do you have some like really tangible tactical things that they could be doing right now to prepare that area? Yes. So I would say even at like week 36 or maybe you already are at week 38 or whatever, but later during that third trimester, if we can work on mental and physical attachment to that breath work, that is huge. What I mean by that is pick a couple of positions that feel really good to you.
