Is the Data Hidden in the HCM Code?

The internet is a dangerous place for thingsand not getting safer in any time soon. The simple attacks are always the most entertaining, but also the ones that usually strike and grab you on those sides of it that's there. And one of the questions came in in why is the data hidden in the h c m code to begin with? It's just bad coating practice, i think, from the aspect of it people go into that level.
