The Evolution of Chat Bot Optimization

In a sense, it's an evolution of what's happening already in the CMO world. We spent an awful lot of time on search engine optimization. Now we're now thinking about chat bot optimization. I've just been amazed at the amount of content that is out there. It's fascinating seeing the fingerprints of where that data might have come from.
