Are You Trying to Communicate in Both Languages?

In canada, there's a tradition that if you're running for prime minister, you do have to speak both languages. Most people grow up unalingual. Certainly wouldn't pass that test. I'm very serious about it. And the people of quebec, they just want to see that you're trying and that you are committed to learning it. For the first time, we've had, we have a governor general who does not speak french.
