i stopped dunking and playing basketball for like two years and i just lifted me came a fat power lifter. The lack of plyometric progression has really blown a lot of people's pains up because they do the slow loading feel amazing try to hop back in and it just blows up again. I can see how the sled pulls can be helpful as part of their program you know so not that i've seen i haven't seen their program but i don't see any of their coaches doing anything otherYeah i have any i cansee how the sled put i can see how sled pulls can be helped by atg.
