What's Going to Change to the Border?

The President does not have the constitutional authority to just say, I'm going to send billions of taxpayer dollars to other countries. That has to go through the House of Representatives who have the constitutional enumerated power to deal with matters of the purse string. So that's why it's a good thing that Republicans, even though it's a very slim margin, they have the majority in the House so that they can block a lot of this excessive spending in this green New Deal agenda.
