Defamation Suits
One of the things that recurs throughout american history as as the first amendment is interpreted, s to make of the word vaa in the freedom of speech or of the press. Do we think that the policy justifications, for near times, at least, as to sort of serious public debate? Let's put aside the baseball in the celebrity for a moment. Are suits against c e i and the national review on climate issues, trying to shut down their scepticism, whether it's justified or not,. As a separate matter, seems like a quite vigorous public debate.
