So i guess my recommendation too is, if you feel yourself getting defensive as you're listening to this discussion or ino reading books about this,. may be kind of checking like, why you feel triggered, and helping that to kind of explorond start digging into that. And so for me, part of my next piece of this journey is, am supporting my students and doing this work.
