The top one % of taxpayers paid 616 billion in 20 18, roughly the same amount they paid in 20 17 before the tax cuts. But the bottom 99 % paid 65 billion less. If the trump tax cuts were a tax cut for the rich, it was the weirdest one in history, folks.
