Alan, Tim and I want to talk about the conditions that made you establish a really successful national financial planning practice. So what contributed to the conditions that enabled you to do that? Well, initially it was like Alan, it was paying the bills. And then it was all made on a brainwave, but my idea of thinking, well, it's taken me this long to learn how to do this.
