I don't think anything should come from the fact that that case was brought first. That's going to be a more complex discovery issue because of SEPA. Some judges do tend to push cases to trial quicker than others. And then you do have all these trial dates that are stacked one on top of another. I would imagine that most federal judges who might receive this indictment will respect other trial dates, even if they're state cases.
