Digital strategy is the foundation upon which all your key decisions are made. If you don't have a disual strategy, then all your doing is looking for the next project to work on. What's crazy is everyone's trying to be like amazon and tessla, and yet they're not even taking the same first step of defining what the digital strategy is.
