The Importance of Personal Knowledge Management
Harvard Business School's John MacIntosh is the founder of PKM, a framework for personal knowledge mastery. It was developed after he lost his job in 2003 and couldn't afford to go to conferences. He now runs an informal learning program called Working Smarter at City with 5,000 people a quarter. The idea behind it is that curiosity seeking, sensing and sharing can help make networks smarter.
