The Differences Between Stowman and Zach Davis

Strowman has gone to a cutter for 30 percent of his pitches whereas last year he had that cutter that he used only 10 percent of the time. The idea was hey your foreseam looks pretty good let's just swip switch your two-seam or in foreseam usage and that didn't work for strowman last year went back to the sinker strow or for uh tie-on it's been let's add that sweeper let's change your slider. If you look at 2023 that sinker command has leaked over to the center of the plate those pitches those sinkers are cost costing him all the runs that were seen.
