Rashad Bynum Is Charged With Murder and Gun Charges for the Death of a 30 Year Old Council Woman.

A 28 year old Rashad Bynum of Porte's mouth, Virginia was arrested Tuesday on murder and gun charges for the death of 30 year old Saria Vol council woman. The announcements came nearly four months after she was found gunned down on her white SUV outside her rent a town home while her 11 year old daughter heard the shots from inside investigators link Bynum to the incident.
