Putin has lost 165,000 soldiers dead and 3500 tanks in the Ukraine conflict. He's definitely humiliated but he never will compromise with his enemies, says Peter Bergen. The idea that Putin started this war because NATO is a threat is an absurdity, writes Bergen. "This war has to do with a dictator who's been around for 22 years," adds Bergen.
