Do You Need Time or Help?
We think that it's important that you are vulnerable with your own thinking and respect different thinking. We also think that we need to teach student how to disagree or have alternate approaches, because that's going to happen when you actually honor thinking in your classroom. It's incredibly important that you institute wait time for your students as not everyone will come to some sort of a thought at the exact same time. And i think the respectful thing to do is to teach very early on that you're going to ask, do you need time or help? But until they ask, thenk, they get to they get some time, absolutely ye nicely said, cool.
