Can We Afford to Get in There?
So let's delve on the yield play that Rachel asked for to begin with. So a lot of things come into play when we're thinking about our yield. If we go and buy a property for 500,000 and it's going to rent for 480 per week, that's a 4.99 percent yield. But can we afford to get in there? Does that fit our eight point strategy? Absolutely not. Ninety-nine percent of the population can't afford to go in there. Taking location in isolation is quite a risky play.
