Are We Burnt Out and Tired?

If there's any group of workers in this country who deserve to say, we are burnt out and tired and don't want to do this any more, it's our health care workers. It's what gets me angry when i hear teachers who sat on their butts doing zoom for a year going, i'm so burnt out the trama. But i do think that, again, these policy strategies we've made, there's no acknowledgment on the part of the government right now to say, you know it, let's let's look at what some of these consequences were.
