Building on the Ideas of the Other People

If you want to get to a someplace that you would never have gotten on your own then that requires building off of the ideas that other people have so listening to what they say and then building on that. No one gets credit individually for the output of the brainstorm like if you're like oh that was my idea in the brainstorm nine out of ten times half the people in the brainstorm thought it was their idea. It's not just about being the guy at the front who has all the ideas it's about being involved in this conversation where everyone's aligned on the outcome but not trying to take individual credit.
