The years of double-digit growths in China have definitely gone. The Chinese economy will probably settle into the kind of growth rates that you would expect of an established, rich economy more like 4% to 5%. It hasn't yet fully completed that transition. And this is going to be a complex and difficult operation to undertake. But it might take some years.
