Flows and Information Flow in Anti Fragile Systems Design

In anti fragile system's design is that we start by focusing on stress. What kind of things can stress this business model? And so we start with the obvious one, what happens when a competitor drops their price.? We allow people to decompose the system whatever way they want. Then we say, now we're going to start applying stress to the system you've designed. The first stress is always whatha when a competitor dropped their price. And i tend to tell people that the next stress is lizards coming up out of the sea. How does the business cope with this? They're going to destroy the city? And none of us actually knows who will do it in the future.
