Chelsea and Benfic Lisbon are set to agree a record transfer fee for Enzo Fernandez. The 22-year-old Argentina international World Cup winner is valued at around £30 million. Chelsea have submitted an offer with a hundred and twenty million euros, according to reports in Portugal. David Moyes has been on top of getting the deal done but it's not clear if he will be able to convince Rui Costa that this move should go through.
