Araguma Rasukaru
In 1977, Nipan Animation Company adopted North's book into a 52-episode anime series called Araguma Rasukaru. The show aired from January 2nd of 1977 until December 25th of the same year. Despite the anime's serious lessons about caring for and releasing wild animals, they seemed to have no impact on the people who watched it.
