The aircraft was at an altitude of 229 feet, but only 11 feet above the threshold of the runway. The monitoring pilot did not remind or call for a go around. He left it too late and the main wheels and tail skid hit the wall. So I'm just not impressed with the techniques ... there's a significant lack of awareness"
