The Freedoms of Speech Protection Act

Sen. Ram Paul introduced a bill this week to prevent federal employees from using their positions to censor and attack freedom of speech, guaranteed by our First Amendment. The judge in Missouri versus Biden put an injunction restricting the Biden administration from collaborating with social media companies to suppress constitutionally protected speech. If my legislation passes, it'll then become law. I think it's the most important free speech legislation we've had in a lifetime. And I can see this headed to the Supreme Court probably sooner rather than later.
