What Makes a Nurse Qualified?

Most nurses i know are working two jobs, right? They're usually the top earner in their house. If you dangle a carrot, like higher rates than what they're normally getting paid, then that also attracts them. Of course, their resime helps, but most of the time they're not even asking for the resimes cause they're so behind. Is jus like this, this person have at least one years experience, typically. But sometimes you migt have a new nurse who has maybe eight years experience as a nurse aid, that understands how things move in a nursing facility. And really it's really case my case, at minimum, physical licenser certificate and a
