How to Sedate a Patient With Severe Vasospasm
Make sure you're using a hydrophilic sheet. That's, it will come out even with severe vasospasm. You want to really sedate the patient so they, so they relax a little bit. If that doesn't work, the other option is to access the groin and deliver some of those vasodilators directly into the vessel.
