What Kind of Leads Did They Have in the Investigation?
There was a huge amount of primary source material that has survived, among which is the transcripts of all these interviews. And it runs to well over a hundred pages of typescript which i've seen and transcribed. There were people actually living in the station building. The station master lived there with his wife. A maid servant who also lived in the basement. So there was this sid of tightnit community surrounding the station,. All of whom spoke to police during the investigation.
