The law is pretty clear on it. If they don't know that you're not a patron, then they're not supposed to cash you out and all other circumstances they are to promptly redone redeem your chips. There's two regulations that deal with that one is the chips are bearer instruments and the other is that chips must be promptly redeemed unless they know that you’re not a patron.
