Do You Have Redundancy?

Redundancy is a big one. You cannot just be showing one idea howv like 15 different documents, but the alway saying the same thing. A board is much more flexible in that you can show a whole bunch of stuff, but only talk about half of it. And there's a tendency for people to feel they have to fill up an entire hour with their thought process and what they've been working on. Don't try and do that! It's a bad idea. I wish someone had told me that earlier on my career,. But it's a good idea this day because it goes back to reminding me to say things differently.
