How to Identify Extreme Users

I think the role play was hugely important during the process, because this was the point where the potential user was thinking, okay, save with exists now. Would I behave in that certain way? And I think this is something that sometimes we don't do very much often we only focus on the user experience of one single touch point, but don't think about the whole experience and how that touch point would actually fit into that. So there are like two different adjectives that are so opposite from each other that I put like on the one end on the other end. And this is how I then identified them.
