I joined Veronica Valli on the Soberful Podcast to have an honest conversation about porn addiction, dopamine, and what modern internet porn is really doing to our brains, relationships, and culture.

I share my journey from early exposure and escalating use to the moment I realized I felt like a “slave to lust.” On the outside, life looked fine. On the inside, I wasn’t free.

We explore how mindfulness, neuroscience, and Buddhist philosophy helped me learn to sit with loneliness and anxiety instead of numbing out. We also talk about the cultural messages porn sends to young people, the normalization of aggression and lack of consent, and why we need better conversations about sexuality, values, and integrity, especially as parents raising boys today.

This isn’t about shame. It’s about awareness, responsibility, and building guardrails that protect what matters most.
