How to Regulate a Bit Coined Fork?
In a bit coin, at its core, is an open source project. You could totally just regulate that and say, hey, once a de centralized protocol has e, you know, over x number of notes or vallets,. Then you need to e your pars. Have to be submitted to the fed before they can be used for financial crime. We're far way away from that. The legal authority that the regulators have is to regulate only in the way that works for traditional financial system. They don't have the authority to regulate a code. But now code is money. And so then you're like, well,now you're in a problem space.
