The Wagner Group Russia Incident

Senator Graham introduced a resolution providing article five guarantees to Ukraine in the event that among other things, a nuclear facilities destroyed in Ukraine. The Ukrainian government started issuing warnings about Russian plans to blow up the Zaparisha nuclear power plant. Even though the plant is under Russian control and blowing it up would have no strategic value. There are propaganda artists on both sides. But I'm asking you to not fall into this trap of creating good guy, bad guy false scenarios.
