The last planer system is based on seven major principles. Plan in greater detail as you get closer to doing the work, and use tact instead of c p m schedule. Make reliable commitments and promises that alline with three types of flow: workflow, trade flow and logistical flow. Remove road blocks or things that are going to get in your way by removing them from a team's plans.
