The Importance of Being Gutted

Rory McIlroy has not won a major in 10 years. The last time he did was at the 2014 US PGA Championship, which is where Tommy Fleetwood finished outside the top 10 on Sunday. Rory will be 'gutted' by how his final round ended with him hitting three triple-bogeys and then missing an 18th hole putt to finish tied for 17th. But do you think though with this that, Will he believe in feeling happy that he's again put himself somewhat in contention? Or does he leave it thinking that was a chance for me?
