The Kentucky State Police and the Henderson Police Department - What's Up With That?
In 2012, Heather is included in a deck of playing cards featuring unsolved cases in Kentucky. Sarah succeeds in getting a heavily redacted file from the FBI released under the Freedom of Information Act. But even with these little victories, again, nothing new comes to light. In February of 2013, Sarah files a civil suit in federal court demanding answers from the Kentucky State Police and the Henderson Police Department.
