Are You Putting the Customer First?

Trask: I think being really customer centred day is super important. We build software for human beings, right? If we don't think about the user, the person who's on the receiving end of our software, we are missing the primary stakeholder in it. And so, making sure that they are the center of how you think about these things is really important. Trask: Helping you prioritize and sort and manage that for maximum customer impact is something that I think is missing from a lot of these sort of ops tools where you're just keeping an eye on stuff.
