How Did You Become a British Citizen?
My mother and father were not married at the time of my birth, which meant that i couldn't take on british nationality through my father. A law came into effect in two thousand and 18, i believe, and it basically meant that you could acquire your british citizenship through your father. So that is how i became british, because i was unaware that i wasn't tish. I continued my life as a british citizen up until i became an adult and applied for my adult passport, and then got refused. And that's how i found out i wasn't british?
