The Importance of Balance in Training
Mid stance is a key point where we're going to have a lot of balance. I like to get people training in their bare feet as much as possible. Sometimes an arch support can be helpful, particularly for people with very supinated feet. The more supinated people actually stiff supinated foot rather than a pronation. It's counterintuitive to what a lot of people would think.
