Sissa Strategy - How Do You Measure Success?
The agency is putting together the first sissa strategy, and that should come out in the coming months. It's predicated on being able to articulate measures of performance which don't really tell us much about risk reduction. And so i'm very hopeful that the new legislation, the siber incident reporting legislation, will help us get that base line.
