The Importance of Empathy in Consumer Behavior

The research phase where I observed and the consumer and also spoke to those different stakeholders. And with that knowledge, I then did co-creation sessions with those consumers. The point collection system was a prior version of what's safe is right now. But people would immediately get a discount if they pick blueberries from Belgium instead of apples from Australia. So I realized I would actually cause like the opposite. Extra consumption. Yeah Exactly. And I hope the supermarket started listening. It was all part of the master's thesis.
