I think from the starting point, i understood that from between me and my brothers, every one delivers something different to the table. Every one has his own strength and weaknesses. And this thing that i learned helped me when i built my management team, that i can see my weaknesses, and then when we hire some one on board, he can compliment what i miss. So together, i feel we are stronger. When it comes to some technical stuff in financial or in marketing, or in a a h r, you can't do everything ge along.
