Seeing Your Body in a Positive Light
"We can't just stop the thought from popping in. They're going to pop up," she says. "So one thing id do to try to prepare for when those thoughts arise, is to think of something a more kind and compassionate to replace that negative thought about myself." She suggests writing out body positive affirmations or statements so you can replace them with some that are more compassionate. Em also recommends looking at what we consume as an important part of finding practical ways to see our bodies in a good light.
