Gerald bull and rogers gregory reach this plea agreement with the government. No indictments are levelled against anyone else. And they're sentenced to just a few months in prison. Bull maintained through the rest of his life that he was innocent, had essentially been made to be a scapegoat by the us Government. When he gets out of prison, he's bitter. He does not want to work with the us or with canada any more. So he heads to brussels, belgium, where he'll spend the next ten years of his life.
